We work to one quality level, shown in our Instagram work. Every commission gets the same care, whether it's a single model or an entire army. There are no speed tiers.
Don't have Instagram? No problem, just ask us and we'll send you examples of finished commissions directly.
We agree on the colour scheme, basing theme, and any special effects together before we put brush to model.
The Process
For units, we paint one test miniature first. Once you approve it, we paint the rest of the batch to match.
Reasonable touch-ups are always included at no extra charge, as long as it's not a full repaint of something already signed off.
We send WIP photos whenever there's something worth sharing, and we're always reachable if you have a question.
Flexible Service
Three services, any combination. Pick exactly what you need:
Painting only: send us your miniatures already cleaned, assembled, and primed.
Basing only: any scenic theme at the listed price, including jungle, desert, snow, urban rubble, and more.
Assembly only: we handle clipping, cleaning, gap-filling, and priming so your models are ready to paint.
Full service: all three from assembly through to finished painted models with bases.
Timelines
Estimated dates are our honest best estimate. We do our best to meet them, but commission painting runs alongside other commitments and sometimes things shift. Any change is updated live on the Tracker straight away, so you always know exactly where your order stands.
Have a tournament or event deadline? Let us know upfront and we'll prioritise your project in the queue at no extra cost.

Discounts
Volume discount: larger army commissions get a better rate per model. Just mention it when you enquire.
Referral bonus: refer a friend who places a commission and you get -10% off your next order.
Some returning clients already have a standing discount; ask us if one applies to you.
